They contain a wide array of essential vitamins and minerals. There are 6 g of protein per boiled egg, which gives men 11 percent of their daily intake.

Eggs provide both protein and B vitamins responsible for energy production and muscle recovery.

Nuts are packed with heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids, protein, vitamin E, and fiber—but they’re also high in calories. A quarter-cup of mixed nuts contains 5g of protein. A delicious and healty snack to eat.

 They contain only 2g of protein per 1 inch diameter ball. They only have few calories and will fill you up. A sweet crunchy and delicious snack . This is a great pick me up or after workout snack.

5.  Green Smoothie

6.  Roasted Chickpeas and Edamame

 Edamame is the perfect little pick-me-up snack. They contain17 g per cup.  They are young tender soybean pods. To eat them you strip peas from each pod with your teeth, and discard the empty pods.

7. Homemade Kale Chips

This food is low in Sodium, and very low in Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Vitamin B6 and Copper, and a very good source of Vitamin A,  It is a healthy and  affordable delicious snack packed with 3 grams of protein per serving .

8. Dried Fruit
